Janet is a Physiotherapist and Certified Lymphedema Therapist (LANA) with a strong interest in providing lymphedema therapy and physiotherapy to patients with either primary lymphedema or secondary lymphedema as a side effect of cancer treatment including  breast cancer, head and neck cancer, gynaecological  and other cancers that impact the lymph nodes and lymphatic system.    In 1997 Janet became a certified lymphedema therapist under the direction of Guenter Klose and received her Lymphology Association of North America (LANA) designation in 2002.  

Janet is on the Medical Advisory Board of the BC Lymphedema Association and is a Clinical Assistant for the UBC Physiotherapy Program Adult Oncology Lab.

Janet is working in private practice at GoPhysio in Vancouver.
