DOCTORS FOR LIPEDEMA DIAGNOSIS & TREATMENT
At this time, unfortunately, we do not have a list of vascular surgeons and plastic surgeons that diagnose and treat Lipedema in B.C.

TESTING
Lymphedema can be diagnosed by an experienced medical professional with a physical exam that may include an imaging test to pinpoint the cause of the fluid build-up.

Types of imaging:

- Doppler ultrasound
- Lymphoscintigraphy
- CT scan
- MRI scan
- Bioimpedance Spectroscopy
- Indocyanine green (ICG)
